Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged merchandise in original packaging with tags attached. Final sale items marked “non-returnable” are excluded.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log in to your account at paulgreen-shoes.com
  2. Navigate to “Order History”
  3. Select the item(s) for return
  4. Print the prepaid return label
  5. Ship within 14 days of approval

3. Refund Details

  • Refunds issued to original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt
  • Original shipping fees non-refundable
  • Return shipping free for defective/wrong items

4. Exchange Options
For size exchanges:

  1. Return original item per standard process
  2. Place new order for preferred size
  3. Email us at [email protected] for price adjustments

5. International Returns
Customers outside the U.S.:

  • Responsible for return shipping costs
  • Must include completed customs form
  • Declare as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties

6. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Photos of defect/damage
  • Packaging images
    We’ll provide expedited replacement or refund

7. Store Credit Option
Opt for credit and receive:

  • 10% bonus on returned amount
  • No expiration date
  • Redeemable on all future orders

8. Special Circumstances

  • Holiday extensions: Purchases Nov 1-Dec 24 may return until Jan 15
