Returns & Exchanges Policy
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn, undamaged merchandise in original packaging with tags attached. Final sale items marked “non-returnable” are excluded.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log in to your account at paulgreen-shoes.com
- Navigate to “Order History”
- Select the item(s) for return
- Print the prepaid return label
- Ship within 14 days of approval
3. Refund Details
- Refunds issued to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days after receipt
- Original shipping fees non-refundable
- Return shipping free for defective/wrong items
4. Exchange Options
For size exchanges:
- Return original item per standard process
- Place new order for preferred size
- Email us at [email protected] for price adjustments
5. International Returns
Customers outside the U.S.:
- Responsible for return shipping costs
- Must include completed customs form
- Declare as “Returned Goods” to avoid duties
6. Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours with:
- Order number
- Photos of defect/damage
- Packaging images
We’ll provide expedited replacement or refund
7. Store Credit Option
Opt for credit and receive:
- 10% bonus on returned amount
- No expiration date
- Redeemable on all future orders
8. Special Circumstances
- Holiday extensions: Purchases Nov 1-Dec 24 may return until Jan 15
